Will I still lose weight this week? PLEASE HELP. Diet follows, but some bits are bad...

i don't want to lie here and tell you that your going to lose a remarkable 4 or 5lbs with that, so here's the honest and true response. the most you could lose with that going on is .5 of a pound or an exact pound. it's okay though. it's your birthday so you can just cheat for those few days. but i suggest after that you must go back to a better diet plan and exercise routine.

When you say trying to conceive again does this mean you have recently had a miscarriage? If so periods can be a little erratic for the first couple of cycles. If not i would suggest getting a clearblue digital test and see what happens, good luck xx

You commanded a squad of about 5 or 6 guys and the levels resembled a giant spaceship, or base on an alien world or something. Does kickboxing make me lose weight or gain muscle?

I'm around 16 and thinking of taking up kickboxing to lose weight as I'm obese (atleast 90 kg) Will it make me look masculine and muscular as my mom says? Will it help in weight reduction? I'm not aiming to build muscles, though.

Should i trade Steven Jackson for Steve Smith (NYG)?

Steven jackson is good but this could work out for you in a way. Jackson has yet to score a td this year and is on a horrible offense and i dont see him staying consistent all year if he the only one doing all the work. Now smith is solid and depending if you really need him as a WR should pay off for you in the long run as the giant's are a much better offensive team. But you are in first so think about that right now all your players are paying off for you right now, so i always say if it's not broke why fix it
