Would the Eagles consider signing a free agent RB from the NFC East?

Marion Barber and Derrick Ward: free agents. The Eagles NEED a HB. I wouldn't mind seeing either of them in Eagles green. I don't think the Giants will be able to sign Ward after franchising Jacobs.
