Need a translation... its spainsh or french one of the two?

This sentence is really a a mixture of Italian (scusi mi = excuse me),Spanish (te guiero mucho papi = I love you very much daddy) and French (je ne sais pas mais c�est la vie = I don�t know, but that�s life)!
