How do i stop my pregnant wife from bursting into tears?

It is getting beyond a joke i can hardly hear the t.v anymore when i come home from work i get about 5 minutes and then BOO HOO for no reason i make my tea and she still cries what can i do i have tried chocolate but she cries because she is huge help me
