What are some ideas to speak about at a scholarship banquet at a church?

I have just graduated college and I was asked to speak at the scholarship banquet for my church. I want to tie in bible scripture as well as encouraging words for the individuals who are receiving the scholarship money. I need a little guidance on how should I begin and what should be addressed in my speech. Thank you in advanced for your help!!:)
