Should i help her get a second opinion?

ok, so today, i was at this flea market type thing for my church. well, around nine my gf started really complaining about pain in her side, but it was closer to the front then to her backside. so she took motrin (250 mg) but it didnt work so around noon she took two more (500 mg) and it didnt work,. eventually she started cryin cause she said it hurt to much. so her mom took her to the ER and i went with her. she told me this pain has been happenin since friday morning. i think its appendicitus (sp?) and most everyone she asked said it to cause she missed school thursday cause of vomiting. they took her temp (102.7) and gave her IV fluids and morphine and then ibuprofen through her IV tube. she had a cat scan and a blood test which showed up negative, but the thing is they didnt think it was appendicitus. so idk if that would show up on a test or not. she got out of the ER around 7 and then about an hour ago she said it started hurtin again in the same place, i think its appendicitus.
