Do you believe there is an overrepresentation of Black People?

Black Americans represent only 12% of the United States. The majority of the Black population resides in the southern region of the United States. In the mid West and northern states and towns Blacks have a little or zero presence, even in Universities. Most likely it’s the same way with jobs in America. The whole fracas about affirmative action should be among whites. White women are the main recipients of Affirmative Action during and after the so call “The Great Society”. Which whites represent nearly 90% of the United States and now 70%. In the universities whites are still the leading recipients for Affirmative Action because of the legacy clause. Meaning they’re twice as like to be accepted over any applicant regardless of credentials, mostly of over white or no white applicants that’s qualified. It’s the same way with companies, which whites seem to be reluctant to ask their fellow co-workers or colleague to see if they’re qualified because the phrase “Its not what you know but who you know” started some where.
