If i am coming down with a cold can i just see my ob or do i have to see my general practitioner?

First of all I am 30 weeks and 3 days pregnant and I always get bronchitis around this time and i am starting to feel like it is starting up--can i just bring it up at my routine prenatal appointment-will they be able to do anything? --or should i make an appointment with my general practitioner????
