I had completed BSC-IT & now i m thinking of doing ccna is CCNA is having better scope?

I am an bscit first cl graduate of 2008 batch working in non it field now. I wnat to come back in IT fiel agian I m thinking of doing CCNA. is CCNA is having better scope or should i go for programming language
