Conservative silenced by school in vt?

I go to school in vt which makes it incredibly difficult to express myself to my teachers and clmates. I'm a republican and very close to Jesus and I often end up in a debate with me versus the clas or some1 getting stuck with me and not believing what their saying and then the teacher even when I've won the debate explaining y I'm wrong I'm so lost and confused and feel like my voice is being lost because I represent my opinion in a non slandering way unlike my anti bush clmates plz help
