Green Screen Help Needed?

Does anyone know how I can do this. I have a video of my friend doing an ollie over me with the green screen covering me up. We want to put like a mountain in where the green screen is so it looks like hes jumping the mountain. Does anyone know how to do this? I have Vegas 9.0 and Pinnacle 11.
