How do you walk a lot of dogs at once? saw something i want but not sure what i want.?

I know this sounds retarded, but on Moster in Law with J-Lo she was walking dogs on the beach and she was holding all the leashes with things that look like hiking clip things but idk. I really want them because i am starting a little dog walkin g business as my first job so if anyone could figure out what they are let me know!!
