I have a strange,obsessed woman trying to destroy me?

Long story made short is as follows. A woman who bullied and hared us when we were students years ago got reported and sacked by her job. She has now reappeared in my life wanting revenge. She has surfaced with 'friendships' with other screw jobs that I have reported throughout my years working in forensics for abuses and wrong doings to try and freak me out. The p[olice are not interested as she is just calling all of the people she thinks could know me to get their opinions on me and apparently writing it down for something?? She is of no intelligence luckily,really course council estate garbage. What do I do? She is now 'pals' with a man who used to steal washing from my washing line (a pervert) They hang out together driving around my neighborhood. Im spooked!
