Is it signs of menopause?

I had the Mirena IUD inserted a year ago due to endometriosis. I am 37 yo. Starting February this year, I had swollen gums that wouldn't go away (did x-rays and OPG(xray of whole mouth/teeth including jaw bone, but dentist couldn't find anything wrong with my teeth/roots and there's no abscess as well and have taken antibiotics also as dentist said I might have gum infection) until now but the swelling has only gone down a bit. And I suspect I have depression as well as migraine. These symptoms have been driving me crazy as I feel like I have low self esteem and I also have been crying if little things happen at home , you know what I mean. How do I go about taking care of myself if this were to continue? Will these symptoms go away?Can anyone advice me? Thank you.
