Is this a good way of getting even with a girl who wronged me in the past?

This plan is pretty much Plan A except I will only be close friends with the cousin. I will simply let the girl know indirectly of me while being as gentlemanly as possible to the people she is close to. Hopefully this will make them talk about me constantly, and throughout the entire process I will ignore the girl and will not mention anything about her (this will make her feel unimportant and worthless). As she ages she will wonder about a dwindling attention from men..... and my behavior will only reinforce her fears.... I will mention to the cousin that I only want a ual relationships with "younger" women which will highlight the cruel reality that she is aging..... I will still be "the nice guy" to the cousin so she can relay only positive information about me to the girl... this is a risky plan because the cousin could become attracted to me ... and this may destroy everything.
