My friend and her fiance needs some adviceHELP!!?

my girlfriend and her fiance' lives in diferent homes he has no family here in the states all of her family lives here.She has 5 kids she goes to his house sometimes while the kids are in school she sleeps sometimes for hours because of stress,kids,and just begin tierd and just everyday life she gets up sometimes it's time for her to go home he tells her she's not giving him enough time she loves him she explains to him about the pressures of the kids getting older and some family issues at home.He does come to her house and spend time with the kids and her too,but he likes for them 2 to be alone together he loves her and the kids very much and like wise,she going through a lot and so is he.She's try to keep everyone satisfied she's trying to keep her house in order herself sane.She's going through some female issues as far as her age and all like pre menopause systoms she takes meds for other things nothing serious but it makes her sleep when the kids are at school and when she's at his house.he takes meds for his drinking.
