Which is a better Mac 11, KWA or HFC and which gas is better Propane or CO2?

I might be getting a Mac 11 but I am not sure which brand is better, the KWA or the HFC. I also saw one that said it was made by Wellfire but I didn't think they made them. Also, which would be a better gas supply CO2 or Propane?
