Will Hurricane Felix hit the US?

From the path that they project it to follow, it will more than likely not hit Texas. They are expecting it to make a direct hit on Belize, go out into the the Gulf Of Mexico and make it's final landfall in Mexico somewhere around where Dean made it's final landfall. If you live in the southern part of Texas, I would recommend that you have a bag packed just in case it changes it's direction.
