Help: does anyone know this song?

I think it's by Tracy Chapman; if not, the singer sounds a lot like her. It's a midtempo song with 12-bar blues chord structure, and it keeps saying something about "turning back around" or "turn me back around". As I remember, it used to be on the radio a lot back in the late 90's - early 00's when I was a little kid, but it might have been an older song ("Fast Car" was from the 80's and I also remember that getting a lot of airplay). Help?
