Small white patch notice in my family chest - kuwait?

Can you please guide me as my wife went for medical test at Kuwait recommended Hospital in Mumbai and reveal that she has white patch in her chest, as it reveals that white patch is nothing but calcified granulomus and no disease found but the white patch remain for whole life but they are declaring her medcial unfit because of this patch. Can you please guide what need to be done as i have already applied for Kuwait residense visa for my wife and daughter.
